Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

This policy explains how subscriptions, trials, cancellations, and refunds work for Warraaq (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions

Warraaq is offered through paid subscription plans, billed in advance on a recurring basis. Depending on the plan you choose, you can be billed monthly or annually. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly for monthly plans, yearly for annual plans) until you cancel.

2. Free trials

If we offer a free trial, it may require a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and the applicable fee is charged. You can cancel during the trial at any time to avoid being charged.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. For a monthly plan this is the end of the current month; for an annual plan it is the end of the current year, so an annual subscription continues until its renewal date even after you cancel. After that it will not renew and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops future charges; on its own it does not refund a period that has already started. If you think a refund is warranted, see section 4 below.

4. Refunds

Because Warraaq is a digital service that is available to you immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We will, however, review reasonable, good-faith refund requests, and we may issue a refund at our discretion, for example in cases of:

Where a refund is granted, it is returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe, and may take several business days to appear.

5. How to request a refund or get help

To cancel and request a refund, or if you have any billing question, please email us from the address on your account and include your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within two business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can delay resolution and may result in suspension of your account while the matter is reviewed.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Where those laws give you stronger rights than this policy, those rights prevail.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
