This Privacy Policy explains how Warraaq ("Warraaq", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit warraaq.com or use the Warraaq application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

Account and profile details: your name, email address, and any optional details you choose to add, such as phone number, country, organization, job title, industry, company size, website, preferred language, and how you heard about us.
Early-access requests: if you join our early-access list, the name, email, company, and website you submit.
Content you create: the brand information, descriptions, website links, prompts, and any images you upload so the Service can generate marketing content for you, along with the content the Service generates for you.
Communications: messages you send us, for example by email for support.

Payment information

Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details on our systems. We retain limited billing information needed to manage your subscription, such as a customer reference, your plan, subscription status, and usage counts.

Information collected automatically

Analytics: we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your device and browser type, approximate location, and how you interact with the Service. You can read more in Google's Privacy Policy, and you can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Technical and security data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes limited technical information such as IP address and request data to deliver, secure, and operate the Service.

Sign-in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from your Google account, such as your name and email address, in line with the permissions you grant. We use this only to create and authenticate your account.

2. How we use your information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating the marketing content you request.
To create and authenticate your account and keep it secure.
To process subscriptions, trials, and billing through our payment provider.
To send you transactional messages, such as account confirmations and service notices.
To send you product or marketing updates where you have consented, which you can opt out of at any time.
To understand usage and to improve, troubleshoot, and protect the Service, and to detect and prevent abuse.
To comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

3. How your content is processed by AI

To generate the marketing content you ask for, we transmit the brand details, text, and any images you submit to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes that input solely to return the output you requested. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to serve you advertising.

4. Service providers we share data with

We share personal information only as needed to run the Service, with providers who process it on our behalf:

Supabase - database and authentication (data hosted in the European Union).
Stripe - payment processing and subscription management.
Anthropic - the AI model that generates your content.
Resend - delivery of transactional and account emails.
Cloudflare - hosting, content delivery, and security.
Google - optional sign-in and website analytics (Google Analytics).

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We also use analytics cookies through Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used. Our payment provider may set cookies during checkout to process your payment securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Where required, we will ask for your consent to non-essential cookies, and you can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Where your data is stored

Your account data is primarily stored in the European Union. Some of our providers, including Google, may process data in other countries such as the United States. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on our providers' safeguards and contractual protections for that data.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as required for legal, tax, or legitimate business purposes. Early-access details are kept until you ask us to remove them. You may request deletion of your data at any time, as described below.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, please email us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, secret management for credentials, and database-level access rules. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and where changes are significant we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
